Where do you ship? We ship across Canada and the United States.
How long will it take for my order to arrive? Shipping orders are fulfilled within 1-2 business days after the order has been placed.

How do you calculate shipping charges? Shipping rates are set by the carrier and are based on size, weight and distance - without handling fees or mark up. Canadian orders are shipped with Canada Post and US orders are shipped with UPS.
Live shipping rates are calculated at checkout before purchase. Your credit card will be charged when your full order is packaged and ready to ship.
How do I track my order? When your order is ready to ship, you will receive a confirmation email. Most orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after the order has been placed. The email will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to the selected carrier site. To track the order, click on the tracking number near the bottom of the email.
For your convenience, you will see the expected delivery date for your order when you select a delivery option at checkout, on the Order Confirmation page, on the Order Details page, and on the Order Confirmation email. Please note that due to increased demand on carriers, some orders may take longer than noted to ship.
My package was lost or damaged. What do I do now? Game and Hobby Zone is not responsible for items once they leave our store. If your item has been lost or damaged, we’ll be more than happy to open a ticket with the shipping carrier on your behalf.
I’ve placed an order from the United States. Will I be charged in CAD or USD? Our customers are always billed in CAD, however, the amount shown on your bill is automatically converted to your domestic currency.
I’ve put an order through the website and now see two charges on my card. Have I been charged twice? Once you place your order, you may see two charges on your credit card account. Don’t be alarmed - one is an authorized payment and the other is a pending charge. Once your items have been packed and ready to ship out or pick up, you will only be charged once (the second posted charge).
Returns & Exchanges
Items can be returned or exchanged provided they are in new condition, unopened, and with original packaging intact. Items must be accompanied by the original receipt to qualify for a return or exchange. All returns are subject to approval at Game & Hobby Zone's discretion.
Items purchased online at GameandHobbyZone.com can be returned or exchanged in-store or by mail within 14 days of delivery date*. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method as your original purchase. Alternatively, you can opt for a store credit or gift card of equal value.
Any shipping charges associated with returns by mail will not be refunded nor original shipping charges. Customers are responsible for return postage. Please allow for refunds to be processed within 7 days of return by mail.
*Delivery date is the day in which the item was delivered to you or when you picked up the product from us.
Items purchased in-store can be returned or exchanged in-store within 14 days of purchase. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method as your original purchase. Alternatively, you can opt for a store credit or gift card of equal value.
Gifts can be returned, exchanged, or given store credit with original gift receipt within 14 days of receipt date.
