IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT
As of January 31, 2024, Game & Hobby Zone has closed its doors. As of November 1, 2023, all sales will be final. Items can no longer be exchanged or returned, nor will gift receipts be issued.
UPDATE: Our website will remain open for the month of February as we clear out our final stock - at a steep discount! Orders will be processed and shipped out on Monday, Wednesday, and Saturdays. Please allow for an additional day of processing time if orders are placed outside of those days. Orders can be picked up between 12PM and 5PM on those designated days.

Do you offer shipping?
Yes! We ship across Canada and the United States. *Excludes PO Boxes. Customers can provide an alternate shipping address or orders will be cancelled. We'll be processing orders on Monday, Wednesday, Saturdays.
Please note: Orders with oversized, overweight, or a large quantity of items may incur additional shipping charges.
Do you offer local delivery?
We now offer $8.50+ delivery across the GTA (Greater Toronto Area) with no minimum spend! Get orders delivered straight to your door (or concierge) with text message updates. Your driver will attempt 2 deliveries before returning the package to Game & Hobby Zone.
Please note: If your order exceeds 20lbs and/or contains a large quantity of items, you will be charged an additional fee(s).

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
How do you calculate shipping charges?
Shipping rates are set by the carrier and are based on size, weight and distance - we don't charge handling fees or mark up. We work with Canada Post, UPS, and Purolator.
Live shipping rates are calculated at checkout before purchase. Your credit card will be charged once your order is fulfilled, packaged, and ready to ship.
Please note: Orders with oversized, overweight, or a large quantity of items may incur additional shipping charges.
How do I track my order?
When your order is ready to ship, you'll receive a confirmation email. Orders are shipped out within 1-3 business days after the order has been placed. The confirmation email will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to the selected carrier site. To track the order, click on the tracking number near the bottom of the email.
Please note: Orders shipped with local delivery do not contain tracking numbers. For any questions or concerns, please email us.
For your convenience, you will see the expected delivery date for your order when you select a delivery option at checkout, on the Order Confirmation page, Order Details page, and the Order Confirmation email. Please note that due to increased demand on carriers, some orders may take longer than noted to deliver your package.
My package was lost or damaged. What do I do now?
Game and Hobby Zone is not responsible for items once they leave our store. If your item has been lost or damaged, we’ll be more than happy to open a ticket with the shipping carrier on your behalf.
